Store Credit or Exchange Only up to 30 days from date of purchase; If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tags must be attached. No smoke odor, no pet hair, etc.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, sale items and seasonal items are final sale. All goods and clothing associated with Baptism & Communion are final sale.

To complete your store credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sending back to Faith & Begorra is at your expense, we suggest you get insurance if item is worth over $75.00. You will also want proof and tracking to protect yourself.
Once your store credit or exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will either send your exchange (at your expense) or issue you a store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be eligible for Store Credit or Exchange, unfortunately sale items are final sale. Sale items are any items sold as 50% or more off.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Faith and Begorra, 40 Broadway, Denville NJ 07834, United States.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
